Let us be honestârelationships can be hard.
Even godly women sometimes struggle to navigate conflict, miscommunication, and emotional tension with those they love. Whether it is a strained marriage, a difficult friendship, a critical in-law, or a tense coworker, difficult relationships are part of lifeâbut they do not have to define your life.
As Christian women, we are called not just to keep peace, but to make peace. And that requires more than patienceâit requires Spirit-led communication skills and a renewed mindset.
âIf it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.â â Romans 12:18 (KJV)
Â
Before we can improve our communication, we must expose the mental lies that sabotage our relationships.
Here are a few common ones:
âI have to walk on eggshells to avoid conflict.â
âThey will never change, so why bother?â
âIt i...

Are you exhausted from trying to do it all?
So many Christian women today are juggling multiple roles: leader, wife, mother, employee, caregiver, homemakerâand often, dreamer. While striving to serve everyone around them, they quietly suffer under the weight of exhaustion, guilt, and imbalance.
The enemy whispers, âYou are failing. You will never catch up. You are not doing enough.â
But God says something very different.
âCome unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.â â Matthew 11:28 (KJV)
It is not about doing more. It is about doing what matters mostâand doing it Godâs way.
In coaching Christian women, I hear it over and over again:
"I want to spend more time with my family and grow spiritually, but work drains me."
"I feel like I am constantly pouring out and never filling back up."
This imbalance creates:
Strained rel

God did not call you to play small.
He did not plant dreams in your heart just to let them die beneath fear, doubt, or a lack of direction. If you are a Christian woman with an idea, a message, or a business on your heartâyou are not just chasing a goal. You are responding to a Kingdom assignment.
âCommit thy works unto the LORD, and thy thoughts shall be established.â â Proverbs 16:3 (KJV)
Christian entrepreneurship is more than building incomeâit is building impact. It is about walking out your calling with courage, stewarding God-given talents, and influencing the marketplace with integrity and purpose.
Â
Christian entrepreneurship is the act of creating, building, or growing a business that honors God and serves others. It is different from the worldâs version of hustle and grindâit is grounded in faith, values, and eternal impact.
You are not building alone. You...

In a culture where feelings are elevated above facts and opinion often trumps truth, Christian women are facing a quiet crisis. We are bombarded with subtle liesâsugar-coated, hashtag-approved, and emotionally persuasive. The result? Far too many daughters of God are living lie-locked lives without realizing it.
But what if you could recognize the lies, root them out, and replace them with eternal truth? That is what the Truth Mindset⢠is all about.
âSanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.â â John 17:17 (KJV)
Â
We live in a time where subjective truth (âmy truthâ) often takes priority over Godâs unchanging truth. The term post-truth simply means truth is no longer the measuring stickâfeelings are.
This leads many Christian women to:
Doubt their identity
Diminish their voice
Chase validation instead of vision

Did you know that two-thirds of all blindness and visual impairment occurs in women?
That is not just a statisticâit is a wake-up call.
God created you as a vessel of vision, not just physically, but spiritually. And while many women are busy looking out for others, they often overlook their own eye health until it is too late. That is why Aprilâs Womenâs Eye Health & Safety Month mattersânot just as a reminder to get an eye exam, but as a call to stewardship.
âThe light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.â â Matthew 6:22 (KJV)
Â
Women are more likely than men to develop vision problems, such as:
Age-related macular degeneration (AMD)
Cataracts
Glaucoma
Dry eye syndrome
Autoimmune-related eye disorders
Hormonal changes, longer life expectanc...

âYou must gain control over your money or the lack of it will forever control you.â â Dave Ramsey
Money is one of the greatest tests of stewardship and trust in a Christian womanâs life. It is not just about paying bills or reaching savings goalsâit is about aligning your heart, habits, and household with Godâs principles of order, diligence, and generosity.
The Truth Mindset⢠approach to money is not based on fear, scarcity, or guilt. It is grounded in Godâs Word, disciplined action, and a transformed way of thinking.
âMoreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful.â â 1 Corinthians 4:2 (KJV)
Financial stewardship means managing Godâs resources with Godâs wisdom for Godâs purposes.
As women of faith, we must resist the lies of culture that say:
âYou need more to be secure.â

"You do not have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great." â Zig Ziglar
We all have themâthose little habits that started small but now feel like cement.
Whether it is procrastination, negative self-talk, mindless scrolling, unhealthy eating, or skipping time with God, bad habits can quietly pull us off course from the life we are called to live.
As Christian women, we are not called to live in cycles of defeat. We are called to renew our minds, walk in truth, and cultivate habits that reflect who we are in Christ.
But how do we do that practically?
It starts with awareness, a Truth Mindsetâ˘, and spirit-led strategy.
Â
Habits are automated behaviorsâactions we do with little thought because they have been repeated over time.
But just because something is automatic does not mean it is permanent.
Bad habits are ...

March is National Kidney Monthâa perfect time to pause, reflect, and take intentional steps toward better health.
As Christian women, we are not just caretakers of our homes and communitiesâwe are also stewards of our bodies, temples of the Holy Spirit. That includes caring for organs we often overlookâlike the kidneys.
Your kidneys may be small, but they do mighty work every single day to keep your body balanced, your blood clean, and your system functioning properly.
âKnow ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you⌠and ye are not your own?â â 1 Corinthians 6:19 (KJV)
Â
Your kidneys are two bean-shaped organs located just below your rib cage, one on each side of your spine. They have three major roles:
Filter waste from your blood and remove it through urine
Balance your bodyâs fluids, electrolytes, and blood...
The battle for a truth mindset begins in the mind. Our thoughts shape our emotions, actions, and, ultimately, the trajectory of our lives. Christian women are called to renew our minds continually, replacing worldly thoughts with the truths of Godâs Word. Developing a Truth Mindset requires intentional effort to transform how we think and align our minds with the mind of Christ.
Romans 12:2 (KJV) encourages us: "And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God." This verse reminds us that the key to transformation lies in renewing our mindsâturning away from worldly thinking and embracing Godâs perspective.
What we think about influences every aspect of our lives. Negative thoughts, worries, and lies can hold us back from experiencing the fullness of Godâs plan. On the other hand, when we meditate on Godâs Word and fill our minds wi...
