2. Trauma and Rejection

• A parent who abandoned you

• A friendship that betrayed you

• A church that silenced your voice

3. Culture and Comparison

• Social media filters of perfection

• Hustle culture equating worth with productivity

• Success stories that seem unattainable for “women like you”

And once a lie is planted — it often becomes a thought loop reinforced by fear, shame, or silence.

God has never changed His mind about you.
Even when you doubted, drifted, or disguised yourself — His identity for you remained the same.
