In a world that constantly pressures women to prove their worth, earn approval, and strive for perfection, it is easy to live in a state of exhaustion and insecurity. But the truth of God’s Word reminds us of something greater: our lives are not defined by performance—they are secure in Christ.
📖 “For ye are dead, and your life is hid with Christ in God.” — Colossians 3:3 KJV
This verse calls us into freedom. The old life of striving, fear, and self-sufficiency has been put to death. Our true life is hidden in Christ. That means we no longer need to depend on our own strength—we live in His.
The Lie: “I must hold everything together on my own.”
The Truth: “My true life is secure and hidden with Christ in God, and I live in His strength, not my own.”
Lie-Locked Living tells us that security comes from achievement, reputation, or control. But the Truth Mindset declares that security comes from Jesus alone. When we rest in Him, no circumstance can shake our identity.
Relying on our own strength leads to burnout. But when we lean into Christ’s strength:
We face challenges with courage.
We navigate relationships with grace.
We pursue goals with perseverance.
We live with peace, knowing God is holding us.
📖 “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.” — Philippians 4:13 KJV
💬 “My true life is secure and hidden with Christ in God, and I live in His strength, not my own.”
Speak this daily. Write it in your journal. Declare it when self-doubt creeps in. Let it remind you that you are not carrying life alone—you are carried by Christ.
Start your day in surrender. Pray, “Lord, I choose Your strength today, not mine.”
Pause in pressure. When stress builds, breathe deeply and remind yourself, “I am hidden in Christ.”
Celebrate God’s strength. Reflect on moments when He sustained you through what felt impossible.
Release control. Let go of the areas you keep trying to manage alone and entrust them to Him.
Sister, your worth, security, and strength are not something you have to create. They are already found in Christ. As you live hidden in Him, you discover a peace the world cannot give and a strength that never fails.
📖 “Strength and honour are her clothing; and she shall rejoice in time to come.” — Proverbs 31:25 KJV
